The Construction Managers have developed a unique step by step process to help you get your Custom Home Building Project moving from concept to completion.  If you are confused or unsure about your next step or where to get started then we can certainly help.

Then, once construction on site begins (Step 10 on the list below) then we partner with you as your Registered Builder to build your new home, renovation or extension. We do this by giving you a fixed price for the Construction Management proposal for the building of your Custom Home, while at the same time allowing you to pay all the Building Trades and suppliers direct, at cost and without any margins added.  So How does it work?

To start with, our detailed step by step Home Building process would list something like this:

  1. Preliminary Specifications
  2. Preliminary Drawings
  3. Stage 1 and Stage 2 Specifications
  4. Working Drawings
  5. Permits - Building and Planning
  6. Insurances
