Then, once construction on site begins (Step 10 on the list below) then we partner with you, as your Registered Builder, to build your new home, renovation or extension. We do this by giving you a fixed price for the Construction Management of your building project, while at the same time allowing you to pay all the Building Trades and suppliers direct, at cost and without any margins added.  So How does it work?
