With the introduction of the Structural Integrated Panel System into Victoria we have a range of documents available for download to help

explain the product and its varied capabilities for Custom Home Builders.

The Construction Managers have been asked to supervise the construction of all SIPS homes in Victoria and to also work with the manufacturers to establish a panel of accredited people to construct the SIPS frames.  If you are a qualified and experienced Carpenter or Custom Home Builder then please email us to register your interest.

SIPS Technical Brochure

This brochure details all the testing procedure and results for conformance with the Building Code of Australia.  This testing was completed in September 2009 and is now ready to be used for any Custom Home Building project in Victoria.
