Last Resort Builders Warranty Insurance has been variously described by Consumer and Builder Groups as Junk and of no benefit to consumers or the industry?  Why then do we, as an industry, have to pay millions of dollars a year to purchase it?  And, where does all the money go?

In the recent Victorian Upper House Inquiry I was invited to give evidence as to what I know about the Industry Lobbying that has gone on over the last decade while I was the Branch Chair of the HIA on the Mornington Peninsula.
