M.R. Constructions specialises in Cyclic Maintenance delivery on individual Building Maintenance projects for the Public Sector. The Cyclic Maintenance program is one of the outcomes of an effective Asset Infrastructure Management system
Typically, Local Government in Victoria may have up to 400 Buildings that they need to maintain and our speciality is when the Building Maintenance works would require the engagement of mulitple trades.
We will work with your Facilities Manager to streamline the Scope of Works and quoting process so that it is transparent, detailed and accountable to all levels of the administration. By streamling this process, then your Facilities Manager will be able to deliver a higher level of service across all their responsibilities without being bogged down in the details of complex multi-trade Cyclic Maintenance works.
Samples of documentation etc will be uploaded as this site is developed however in the meantime please Contact Us on (03) 9776 4044 if you would like to discuss your Cyclic Maintenance needs further. |

Our key expertise in Asset Infrastructure Management is in establishing Condition Audit programs to satisfy the requirements of IPWEA Practice Note 3 which was published late in 2009.
We see the integrity of a Condition Audit program being central to the success of any Asset Infrastructure Management System. That is, regardless of the expense of any technology employed, if the raw data going in is poor, then the outcome of your Asset Management System will be even worse. To put it simply, garbage in - garbage out.
From our experience in Condition Audit programming we have found that there are numerous anomolies that become obvious when your buildings begin to be inspected. It is these anomolies that, once identified and corrected can seperate an exceptional Asset Infrastructure Management system from an average one.
While this site is being completed, please Contact Us on (03) 9776 4044 if there is any particular item that you would like clarified. |
